With extensive experience across Kuwait and the Middle East, my work focuses on supporting leaders and organizations to grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose. As a PCC-certified Executive Coach and Head of Learning & Development at FSHN, I work in organizational development, with a focus on leadership capability, communication effectiveness, and sustainable performance.

My background in human behavior and developmental design shapes how training and growth experiences are structured and delivered—practical, engaging, and transformational. This approach relies on evidence-based methodologies and international professional standards, with a strong emphasis on self-awareness, behavioral refinement, and performance under pressure.

In my role at FSHN, I lead the Learning & Development function, shaping learning strategies that align with organizational goals and performance priorities. I develop structured learning pathways, competency-based programs, and evaluation frameworks to ensure learning translates into meaningful and measurable impact. Alongside my organizational role, I provide executive and corporate coaching to leaders and teams across a wide range of industries.

I have recently earned the Hogan Assessor Certification, allowing us to offer Professional & Leadership Behavioral Assessments to corporations and organizations for their employees, teams, and leadership. These assessments allow me to evaluate job fit, core strengths, employability, and growth areas in line with organizational needs and core values. Additionally, I have been elected as a board member of the ICF Kuwait Chapter, where I work closely with the team to regulate coaching as a profession in Kuwait and shift its market dynamic. I am also currently pending my exam for Master Certified Coach (MCC) status with the ICF.

I hold a Master of Science in Mental Health Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature. Over the years, I have delivered leadership, communication, and other programs for leading institutions across Kuwait and the GCC. I work fluently in both Arabic and English, offering culturally attuned support within professional and corporate environments.
