Dr. Nicholas Scull
FSHN Health Group General Manager, Consultant

I have served as a U.S. licensed professional for more than 20 years, specializing in supporting young adults through the lifespan and couples. I utilize an integrative advisory approach incorporating insight-oriented frameworks, individual-centered methods, collaborative relationship coaching, and mindfulness-based tools. I enjoy helping individuals, couples, and families address a multitude of well-being and life challenges.
I believe that the consultative relationship is the most vital factor in the process; therefore, my style is empathic, interactive, and interpersonally focused. I enjoy building close, nonjudgmental connections and feel immense gratitude when I see individuals reach their goals and experience a greater sense of fulfillment in their lives and relationships.
Prior to joining the network, I worked across various professional settings, including community centers, K-12 schools, and university environments such as the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Swarthmore College, and Suffolk University.
Throughout my career, I have held various academic and leadership positions. I previously served as an Assistant Professor and the Assistant Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at the American University of Kuwait. I currently hold a position as an Adjunct Professor in the College of Education at Lehigh University (Pennsylvania, USA), where I teach graduate-level courses in supportive frameworks and advisory studies. I have also published various research studies focused on international behavioral studies and regularly present at global conferences.
Executive Leadership
In addition to my consultative role, I am the General Manager of FAWSEC Medical, the nonprofit organization that oversees the network and its future subsidiaries. In this capacity, I work closely with management on various aspects of healthcare operations and expanding into new ventures. I highly value my administrative role as it allows me to serve the Kuwaiti community by growing and improving healthcare service delivery.
