Marwah Al Rahmani

Consultant

I am a mental health counselor with over 16 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s emotional and psychological challenges. My work is deeply shaped by my roles as a sister, daughter, and mom, identities that ground my empathetic, relational, and compassionate approach to therapy.

I’ve had the privilege of working across cultures, including in Ottawa, Canada, where I supported refugees and trauma survivors after completing my Master’s in International Counseling from Lehigh University. These experiences continue to guide the way I hold space for clients navigating both visible struggles and unspoken emotional burdens.

I specialize in maternal and postpartum mental health, relational challenges, grief, anxiety, psychosomatic symptoms, and life transitions. In our work together, I draw from client-centered, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based practices, while using emotion-focused and somatic approaches to help you gently explore emotional patterns, reconnect with your body, and foster deeper healing.

Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about creating a safe and supportive environment where you can honor your story, heal at your own pace, and discover new possibilities for resilience, growth, and connection, within yourself and with others.
