Behavioural Skills Trainer

Vynora is a Behaviour Skills Trainer, certified by the QABA Board. She brings extensive experience from early developmental support and behavioral centers across India and Kuwait, where she has worked with children and pre-adolescents with diverse developmental profiles, including ADHD, Autism, and developmental milestones support.

Specialized Knowledge and Training

Vynora has received specialized training in supportive advisory, utilizing evidence-informed frameworks such as Cognitive-Behavioral tools (CBT), Behavioral Skill-Building (DBT), and Solution-Focused approaches (SFBT). These methods enhance her ability to support:

Emotional Regulation: Helping children understand and manage their feelings effectively.

Cognitive Development: Gaining a deeper understanding of the thought processes that influence daily actions and learning.

Current Role and Services

At the network, Vynora provides behavioral support and consultative services in both individual and group settings. Her work is focused on:

Early Childhood Support: Dedicated sessions for children between the ages of 2 and 8 years.

Skill Acquisition: Fostering independence and social engagement through structured, positive reinforcement.

Multilingual Support: Providing services in both English and Hindi, ensuring culturally sensitive and accessible support for families.

Through her integrative and compassionate approach, Vynora is dedicated to helping young children build the foundations they need for a confident and fulfilling future.

Education and Training

  • Bachelors of Arts in Psychology, Sociology, English from Christ University Bangalore, India.
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling Psychology from Symbiosis Pune, India.
  • 40 hours ABAT coursework from Summit Health.
